My wife and I had previously booked with a large online travel agent for a trip to Phuket some 3 years ago but was cancelled due to the outbreak of Covid-19 (and no airline refund). After years of not knowing whether we could trust any travel agent ever again, we were highly recommended to consult with Erryn Morris. Erryn organised airlines, transfers, insurance, hotels and tours and more. Erryn was mindful to ask what we expected of our trip and what we wanted to see and do so she could match a good deal for us. She kept us very well informed, and has a professional approach to her work ethic. We found Erryn to be approachable and knowledgeable, and recommended the perfect tours for us. Our holiday trip was very good value and all aspects of our trip that Erryn had organised were a success. We will certainly be using Erryn’s knowledge and travel advice in the future. Thank you
