Searching the internet to plan our holiday was so time consuming and confusing, so we reached out to Carolyn. Carolyn is an expert on travel. She asked us questions and crafted a holiday which maximised our comfort, relaxation and enjoyment. We had a wonderful European holiday and arrived back in Melbourne in great shape. Carolyn listened to what we wanted understood our requirements and then came back fast with excellent, costed suggestions for flights, transfers and hotels. Her suggestions made our holiday special. We saved money as Carolyn could access best pricing and deals which we would never have found. Carolyn did the bookings and quickly dealt with minor scheduling changes that occurred before we left Melbourne. I really liked being able to access the travel information and documents on an app on my mobile. I could keep track of what was coming up and received online updates and reminders. We will have Carolyn handle our next overseas holiday. We highly recommend Carolyn.

I sought Carolyn's help to find premium economy seats on a multi leg journey my husband and I took in March/April this year.Not only did she find the best priced and convenient flights for us, but she found a business class deal for one leg that was only marginally more expensive than the premium economy fare would have been for that leg.That flight was the best flight we have ever had and we would never had found it without Carolyn.We will definitely use her services again in the future.

A Christmas river cruise in Europe had long been on my bucket list! With the expertise of Carolyn Ahearne my dream was realised just before Christmas! We travelled with Singapore Airlines on a tour which took us to Paris where we met our Viking travel companions and the outstanding Viking Staff who ensured our smooth transition to the tour! Our flight was of the excellent standard we have come to expect from that airline. To travel with Viking was a treat and every aspect lived up to my very high expectations! The crew was professional, approachable and very friendly! The Senior Staff and Program Director Andrew ensured everything worked perfectly! Carolyn’s expertise ensured that every aspect of our trip was without and trouble free! Every aspect worked perfectly! We are very grateful to her for this truly wonderful experience.

Our 6-week European trip of a lifetime would not have come together without the support and guidance from Carolyn. Five countries and eleven cities were expertly woven together by Carolyn using her knowledge and experience. I thought I could organise it all myself and was sceptical about using a travel manager, however after working with Carolyn I realised the enormity of the planning required and was grateful we engaged her to methodically work through it all with us. She took the time to understand who we were and what we wanted, asking just the right questions and making insightful recommendations. Her communication throughout the process was very professional as was her patience dealing with some of our more meticulous requirements. Carolyn was also available during the trip to help with a couple of unexpected issues. I would highly recommend Carolyn for your next holiday, big or small.

We have just returned from an amazing adventure in South America which Carolyn organised for us. She booked two tours for us and also arranged flights, transfers and accommodation for the days between the tours. All the arrangements worked perfectly and it was very reassuring knowing that we could contact Carolyn at any time (not that we needed to!).

Carolyn of Travel Managers Melbourne organised in 2020 a complex Ghan-Train and 4WD journey for two cousins in their seventies across Australia from Melbourne to Adelaide via Alice Springs to Darwin and back to Melbourne. All lodges were booked in detail, however Covid-19 caused a two year delay, In September 2022 the journey was lined up again with success. We had an unforgettable experience of Central Australia's beauty of nature and wilderness. We visited King's Canyon and Uluru. We enjoyed the "Spirit oi Kakadu' amongst many other sites. The self drive 4WD cars were all pre-booked waiting for us where required. There was ample time to make side trips to interesting locations. Carolyn, Well Done! You are a true Travel Professional! Despite the many changes you had to make as a result of Covid-19 restrictions over two years, you managed to make our journey unforgettable. Thank you for the care you take for details and keen selection of lodgings.
