At the age of 9yrs my parents sent me and my brother to visit our relatives in Germany for the Christmas school holidays, I can still remember the nervous excitement as we boarded the QANTAS plane. From the moment the plane took off I was hooked. Since then travel has been a huge part of my life, not only as a career but personally. I have been fortunate to travel, live and work in many wonderful and exotic places, I'm often asked my favourite destination, this possibly changes daily from the beauty and romance of Paris in Springtime, the old-world charm of old London town, the breathtaking natural beauty of Cape Town, the mix of Portuguese and Africa of Maputo, Mozambique, the overloading of the senses of Kolkata to the vast Pagodas of Bagan in Myanmar. I have been fortunate to work in the areas of hospitality, airline industry and as a travel consultant. Having owned and managed my own travel business I understand the technological changes in the travel industry and therefore understand the importance of keeping up to date to be able to offer the best possible service to clients.
