One of the most memorable trips Candice has booked for a client encompassed Europe, Egypt and South Africa, where she co-ordinated 18 flights per person as well as all of the amazing accommodation and tour arrangements. “It was challenging, but hearing about the trip afterwards made it all worthwhile!”
As anyone who has travelled widely will know, choosing a favourite destination can be quite tricky. In this, Candice is no exception, but when pushed to choose just one of her many amazing memories from all over the world, she suggested it would have to be Brazil. “From the gorgeous beaches to the friendly locals and the hugely diverse scenery and cities, I would go back there in a heartbeat”, she says.
With more than a decade of experience, Candice has a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable to her clients. Her suggestions can improve even the best holiday plans. For example, she always recommends pre-booking must-do land experiences to avoid missing out if you find them fully booked on arrival. Pre-booking day tours has many advantages, not least of which is that they often allow you to gain early entry to sites and avoid lengthy queues.
She also reminds clients to take the time to enjoy that fantastic meal or cocktail on the beach, as it’s amazing how often those simple memories pop up after you travel, allowing you to enjoy it all over again when something randomly brings it to mind.
Travel is Candice’s passion. She loves everything about it, from researching trips for clients and for herself, to the trips themselves and reliving memories of them through photos or chats with clients.
