We recently had the wonderful Erica plan and book our family trip to Japan.She talked me through the whole trip and offered invaluable advice from her own experiences. The whole process was amazing and stress free.Can’t wait to book our next holiday with her !
I normally travel independently but because Japan was going to be so different having Erica’s support was invaluable. We visited Tokyo as a start and to a Ryokan out of the city in Autumn, colours beautiful, temperatures moderate and pleasant. A full immersion into Japanese culture. Erica gave us information on how to travel to it independently and using the Japanese public rail and bus system was easy, helped by the Japanese people being organised and helpful. When at the Ryokan another guest asked how we managed to book as it was usually booked out! Erica, booked us on a tour that was within our budget and was not too prescriptive but allowed us to see and experience all that we wanted. Erica has been a huge support and I would gladly recommend her, so good to have someone on your side.

Erica organized an overseas holiday for my husband and I, and it was absolutely amazing. She managed to combine our wish list ideas with her background experience and this resulted in the trip that we had dreamed about. She was always prompt to return answers to our questions and ensured that we were fully prepared for each aspect of our holiday. We would definitely use Erica's services for any future travel plans as her friendly, nothing is too much trouble attitude as well as her exceptional organisational skills helped to make our trip so wonderful.

Our holiday was fabulous,everything was done perfect. Nothing is two much trouble for Erica.She is a pleasure to deal with. Erica recently organised a 2 week getaway for my best friend and myself. She has also booked several packages for us in the past.. She is extremely efficient and gets the best prices… She is also very easy to communicate with. Using Erica is like having an invisible friend holding your hand every single step of the way Very reassuring the oldies like us .

Erica is an excelkent travel agent. She responds quickly, communicates clearly and uses her extensive travel knowledge to give us the best holiday.She also organised our entry visas and at our request organised our travel insurance. Her customer service is fantastic.
