Friends recommended Lisa when we started planning a 5 week holiday to UAE & Europe. We're very happy that they did. From the first meeting, which was face-to-face, Lisa took time to listen to what we wanted from our travels. From there she helped build our itinerary, providing a variety of options for flights, accommodation, transfers and experiences for each destination. Regular check-ins to fine tune the details were easy to arrange, whether by phone, email or face-to-face. Lisa was readily accessible at times that were convenient for us. Apart from the great service, we really appreciated Lisa's honesty. For example, If she thought needed more or less time at a place, she would talk it through with us. It was like talking with a friend. We've used large, online travel agents in the past and had forgotten what good, old fashioned, personal service was like. It certainly helped make this recent holiday a thoroughly enjoyable and stress free experience. Thank you Lisa.
