What a ride this industry has provided for me. I set out to be a Travel Agent after finishing school and have never looked back. I have loved every job I have had. It all started working in Wholesale Travel for Garuda Orient Holidays. I went to Bali about 13 times in a number of years and I was hooked. After this, I headed on a big overseas holiday and was gone for 3 years. Working and travelling throughout Europe, Ski Resorts in Canada and London. I met the other half in London, he is South African. He is still here 28 years later and we spent a few years living and working in Durban, South Africa. I worked for an inbound tour operator, which was wonderful, creating all the lovely tours for South Africa, it's a very special place. My other love was my time living in Whistler, Canada. It was much fun. I have worked for a Ski Canada operator and a Ski Japan operator, so have loads of experience with ski holidays. I have also spent years working in group travel, including conferences and events, and corporate travel.
I love working on complicated holidays with lots of moving parts and enjoy making this an easy process for my customers. I have a big love of yoga and wellness and have been specialising in both independent and group retreats for the last few years.
I am professional but laid back, nothing is too much trouble and you can expect fantastic customer service along the way. This is my own business, so you can be assured of my full attention.

I am about to embark on the trip of a lifetime. My best friend and I have been talking about travelling abroad together for as long as i can remember. Turning our wildest dreams of a European trip into reality is about to come to fruition and it’s all because of Nicole from iTravel. We had a fair idea about some of the places we wanted to visit but with Nicole’s experience and knowledge we will be going to places I never imagined. We contacted Nicolle to help us organise a trip to Japan, we wanted an organised tour where we would be doing lots of walking and not sitting on a bus for hours on end. Nicolle asked us what we wanted to see and do and came up with 3 options to choose from. The tour we chose was with On the Go Tours for 13 nights. Nicolle Whittaker from itravel at East Gosford was amazing .We had many questions to ask either face to face or by email and nothing was a problem. We found Nicolle on a google search when we were trying to plan our trip to the USA. Nicolle not only took over for us, but made the whole trip to our three destinations such a smooth and headache free experience. Nicolle recommended airlines to use, hotels to stay and told us about an app to use to find getting around much easier. She put together our itinerary, organised our flights and accommodation. And also saved us alot of money with city day passes which we would never have thought of. Easy to communicate with, no question was too stupid either. Overall a pleasant and hassle free experience with Nicolle. Would recommend using her services if you're planning a holiday anywhere in the world.
