• I've been running my own business for over 40 years at Royal Melbourne Hospital, Melbourne University, Odyssey Travel Office and a travel office at the Traders Hall, where I managed Bob Hawkes bookings and various union members.
• I've completed all travel courses possible and have also taught Fares & Ticketing and Travel Course at AFTA and various business colleges.    
• I have also put travel groups together and escorted them.   
• Decades of experience and ability to fix problems is key when working with a Travel Advisor. And this is what I have taught my staff and travel students over the years.
