Shannon is a perfectionist and goes above and beyond to ensure you the best deal and package to suit you. Always prompt to return phone calls and emails answering any questions I had. His Communication is impeccable and he plans everything for you, right down to the tours if that's what you desire. He also offers travel insurance as well which is very handy to have it all dealt through one person. Nothing is any trouble to Shannon and if you find a package deal elsewhere, hit him up, he might just get you a better one. I've been very happy and prefer the one on one service, as being a first time international traveller, I have no knowledge in this area and working with Shannon has set my anxiety at ease knowing I'm getting personalised and very informative service. You won't be disappointed.

Shannon was very professional and through. He was so down to earth and checked all the details that I would like to have on my holiday. We recommend him highly and will be using him again. Our experience was exceptional.
