I couldn't have asked for better service.I contacted Josh, in need of a holiday. It was a very last minute decision & provided him a small time frame to organise a trip in.He took the stress out of everything, talked me through the process, sent me forms i needed & guided me through all the details. Josh managed to book me flights, hotels, a whole cruise, dealt with my insurances, provided me an itinerary & made sure I had no worries what so ever.The whole trip was absolutely incredible, it was my first cruise and he set me at ease, he even assisted me to organise internet access for me so I could contact my family whilst away. Josh was upfront and broke down costs, & provided me with documentation that was easy to follow.The hotel I stayed at had computer issues upon arrival, with a simple call Josh sorted any concerns & the process was quick & easy. He was polite & professional, easy to get along with and I have already started planning my next trip.I'd absolutely recommend.
Josh was very professional and prompt in organising my recent South Pacific Cruise. He was accomodating with any questions I had and made my travel a very pleasant one. Would highly recommended.

Recently my husband and I needed a last minute hotel to be booked with in the Brisbane CBD. We searched and searched on our own and couldn’t find anything either available or not going to cost us a small fortune. Then I came across 42 South’s page and thought I’d see if using a personal travel agent would make any difference. And boy did it! Josh responded so quickly and got us options with 4 star hotels we hadn’t even seen in our online search and cost less at that! We were blow away at how quick and easy he made the whole process for us. And the actual hotel & location was phenomenal. Definitely will be using 42 South again for booking our future travels!
