Making toys in Santa's workshop, skiing in Lake Tahoe, seeing snow for the very first time it was a trip if a lifetime. Thank you Bethanie for making sure our holidays were stress free! We wanted a multi destination holiday which included domestic travel and international travel (Darwin to Melbourne to Bali and home again). Bethanie organised our flights, accommodation and car hire which was seamless. Being taller people, Bethanie made sure we had extra leg room on our flights and when Jetstar changed one of our flights to another day, Bethanie was on to it before we were even notified by Jetstar. She contacted our hotel and organised the additional nights accommodation and we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We will definitely be using Bethanie for all our future holidays and travel. 10 out of 10 for service and excellent communication! Thanks again Bethanie, you are a rock star at what you do

Beth made every minute of our trip to America seem seamless. No request was too big or too small and she went above and beyond to accommodate all of our wishes in regard to flights, accommodation etc. Her attention to detail in regard to all the dates, making sure everything matched up, and we had time to transit was the biggest help because I didn’t have to double check and go over everything (Like I had done in the past with other agents). She got me the best deal on a Mexican resort we stayed at, which I had looked at online prior for the most fair and decent price, which was something I didn’t think would be possible. I cannot recommend Beth enough, I wouldn’t use anyone else and I most certainly 100% will be using her again for my next big trip!

This is our travel agent, Travel with Bethanie Parsons. If you want a seamless travel experience with no hiccups this is who you should book with. Our experience in South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Zambia was …. well I think the photos said it all. She’s Darwin based and has worked in travel, aviation and tourism for years. All we did was tell her what we wanted and boom, she made it happen. She also contacted me whilst overseas to make sure everything was okay …. A very personal experience which I don’t think you’d get going commercial. If you want an easy and personal experience in regards to itinerary’s, flight bookings, 24/7 contact (whilst overseas ), then contact Bethanie, there will be no regrets trust me. We are actually about to book our next trip of a lifetime with her, but still unsure if we’ll ever beat the one just had though :)

As someone who has travelled a lot over the last 12 years, I did not hesitate to sit down/plan and book flights from Darwin N.T for myself and my partner for a 4 week round trip. Much to my dismay and shock, routes were so long (numerous stopovers) and so expensive. I reached out to Beth and within a few hours she had everything booked, flights had reasonable stopover times and $2500 cheaper than I could find too. Bethanie booked accommodation and we went on her recommended spa treatments which were incredible. Our last flight from Frankfurt to Dublin was cancelled. When I contacted Bethanie in a panic, she was so calm and reassured me not to worry. In about half an hour she had us rerouted to Dublin via London on the next available flight. Bethanie was an absolute life saver to save the day so quickly at the most crazy busy time of year. I can not recommend this lady enough. I have a big Europe trip to book next year and I know for a fact I will be booking it with Bethanie
