My travel history began in 1973 when I joined San Michele Travel, who had an overland route from Darwin to London by public transport through Timor, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Burma, Nepal, India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, Turkey, Greece and Europe. San Michele went on to become the Indonesian Travel Centre and specialised in South East Asia, as well as India, Sri Lanka and the Maldives. My passion is planning trips for travellers who want to see a country indepth, stay in a variety of accommodation and avoid "the tourist traps". Since joining TravelManagers, I've adopted the same "modus operandi" to destinations such as Portugal, Spain and South America but can book you anywhere any way you like. I don't work regular office hours, so happy to chat at any time.
