My wife and myself had the pleasure of working with Michelle in May. We and our friends decided to do a European holiday and cruise of the Adriatic and finishing in Ireland. With so much to organise we decided to go with Michelle to coordinate all our flights transfers and cruise. We were a party of 8 and Michelle did an amazing job. With trying to organise this with so many people in our group and different requirements Michelle took her time and was very thorough with everything. And everyone was very happy and somewhat surprised with how smoothly our trip went, thanks to Michelle. I have a mobility issue and Michelle went above my expectations with sourcing suitable tours for myself and my party. Michelle kept in constant contact and kept us updated leading up to the trip and even while we were on our well organised tour. Would highly recommend Michelle for your next holiday.
Michelle exceeded all our expectations from the planning phase, the holiday phase and the follow up phase. Michelle listened to our ideas and budget and gave lots of suggestions of possible accommodation, hire cars and transfers. Even when we wanted to change things during the planning phase, nothing was a problem. Being away from home, just the two of us was definitely out of our comfort zone. Michelle was like a fairy godmother checking in on us via their special app and answering any questions that we had no matter the time difference! This certainly gave us peace of mind. Our special anniversary and birthday were passed onto the hotels and little treats were gifted! Gorgeous! When we arrived back in Australia she welcomed us home, again via the app and welcomed our feedback on each part of the holiday including hotels, transfers and day trips! On reflection, Michelle ensured our holiday was memorable and we are incredibly grateful! Mahalo

What a fantastic experience !!!! My husband and I have just returned from the most amazing trip to Scandinavia. Michelle worked closely with us to create our itinerary and to book our Hurtigruten cruise and accommodation. She used an app with our trip plans, transport details and tickets as well as accommodation details. Michelle also included sight seeing suggestions and things to do in the various cities. This was so easy for us to keep everything in one accessible place. The accommodation, Michelle was able to book was fantastic and all met or were better than our expectations. Whilst we were on our trip, Michelle checked in regularly and notified us of any changes. She was always there if we needed. In conclusion, Michelle’s knowledge and organisation skills as well as her caring nature allowed us to have the most amazing experience.

Our experience with Michelle Van Dyk at TravelUn was a very pleasant one. She listened to our requests on our recent Italian holiday and cruise, which was stress free, even when we contacted Michelle at the Venice train station, and she responded immediately and assisted us. The accommodation selected in Venice, on the Grand Canal and in Rome, at Trastevere, was very centrally located and within walking distance to most major attractions and restaurants. The Celebrity Cruise was also booked through TravelUn which was well coordinated with the 6 other people we cruised with, and it all went seamlessly. We will not hesitate to contact Michelle for further travel destinations.
