Great communication with lots of discussion of options before locking in the itinerary. Kerry and the team provide professional service which is why we chose to use them for the second time. Excellent week in Japan

Loved the "out of the way" experience that Kerry organised for us in Japan, especially the time spent in the traditional Japanese ryokens. Not only immersing ourselves in the hot springs but Japanese culture as well.
