Best travel agent experience I’ve ever had. Kerry not only got me amazing fares and connections, he was so accommodating and responsive when I needed to make unexpected changes. Extra details like the daily itinerary and easy-to-access tickets just made everything so effortless. I will ALWAYS be using TravelUn for future trips. Cant recommend highly enough!
My friend and I took a trip to Japan recently, organised by Kerry and his colleagues. From the outset of planning he was thorough and knowledgeable, asking us lots of questions to help then frame an itinerary he knew would work for us, as it was our first ever trip. Everything was brilliantly arranged, from airport transfers to Japan rail tickets, and some private guided tours. He made sure the hotels were within our price points and each one was good value for what we received, and well located. We had a simply wonderful trip, and would not have known where to start if it were not for Kerry, and his obvious love for travel in Japan and Japanese culture. He guided us through to land on the perfect itinerary balancing city and regional experiences, and has wet our appetites for return visits. Highly recommend. Now talking to him about our next trip!

Kerry is an amazing agent... knowledgeable, responsive and full of great ideas, creative options... and can-do solutions! I've had multiple tours arranged by him and all have been a great success, with everything clicking into place: accommodation as described, flights and transfers bang on time... and lots of extra experiences - food, sights, shows all suggested, booked and enjoyed. Plus his communication is fast and accurate, user-friendly and flexible. I can't recommend him enough. We'd always go back to him.

Kerry is a fantastic travel agent! He is personable and was so easy to work with in organising my holiday. His attention to detail meant I could relax, he was very efficient and helpful. Over the last two years, I have been part of a specialist study program that took me to six (very remote) locations around the world - from Canada through to Mexico, Costa Rica and Peru - and I relied on Kerry as my indispensable and trusted travel guardian all the way. It would not have been the incredible experience it was without him - he dedicated himself to finding me the very best routes with the best connections for the best price, every time. Most of all, there would always be a little personal note from him just checking in on me - which always made me feel like he was by my side - even when I was at the end of the Earth! Kerry organized a fabulous trip for us to Japan and South Korea. All the accommodation was excellent, especially the very special Ryokan at the snow. His thorough explanations on how to navigate the public transport was definitely a bonus and it was great to talk to someone with plenty of knowledge of Japan. Plus, when we altered our itinerary just prior to leaving it wasn't a problem. Thanks Kerry, everything was wonderful and we're looking forward to our next adventure.

We have been travelling by ship since the 60's and are very traditional cruisers (Cunard, Holland America, etc) who wanted nothing to do with "modern Cruising" until Kerry told us about his experience with Virgin Cruises and convinced us to give it a go. We loved it so much that we booked two more Virgin Cruises for this summer (my partner gave them 10/10). Thank you Kerry for recommending something to get us out of our comfort zone to experience a new way of enjoying the magic of cruising.

Kerry is currently organising my third holiday with TravelUn. The amazing service he provides and unique experiences he organises are what keep me coming back. Every single hotel he has booked for us (and there have been many!) has been thoughtfully chosen so that they are well-located for both transport and experiencing the best that each town or city has to offer. One highlight was a week spent travelling around the island of Kyushu in Japan, arranged in partnership with a local expert the whole thing was perfectly choreographed: every bus and train ticket purchased in advance, awaiting our arrival with foolproof instructions so we didn’t miss any connections. We were even upgraded to a lovely suite in Nagasaki, which I’m convinced is because of the relationship between the hotels and Kerry and his connections. Kerry Dickson is a phenomenal travel agent! He organised our 4-week trip through Europe and helped us to make the memories of a lifetime! He was thoughtful to our specific interests and tailored our itinerary, providing recommendations for everything ranging from accommodation, transport, cultural events and dining experiences! He maintained communication throughout, checking in frequently to ensure everything was going according to plan and to our satisfaction. Kerry took the stress out of the planning, especially with regards to travel connections as our trip involved different modes of transport across many countries on a tight schedule. He got us great value for money and had unique suggestions we wouldn’t have thought of. Kerry went above and beyond our expectations in every regard. I used Kerry's services for a ski trip and site seeing adventure in Japan with my husband this year. He founds us all sorts of 'hidden gems' in different parts of Kyushu. He is a travel agent gem!

Loved the "out of the way" experience that Kerry organised for us in Japan, especially the time spent in the traditional Japanese ryokens. Not only immersing ourselves in the hot springs but Japanese culture as well.
