We met Lisa when we arranged our first overseas trip to Canada. She was absolutely fantastic then and is just as fantastic now. Lisa has the ability to make you feel comfortable with her warmth and knowledge right from the beginning. Lisa had organised our trip to USA, it incorporated flights, rental cars, cruise component and train travel and accommodation. We visited Dallas, San Antonio, New Orleans, Miami, the Caribbean cruise, Toronto, Niagara Falls, train from Washington DC to New York City, and Hawaii on the way home. There was a lot to arrange. Everything Lisa organised was fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for Lisa. I will have her organise our future trips and have no hesitation in recommending Lisa’s services to friends and family!

We came to Lisa seeking advice and assistance to book our first family holiday. Lisa gave us many options and was so kind, patient and knowledgeable in our dealings with her. Lisa Thomas helpped my elderly Dad and I get to Broome and back! She booked airfares, accommodation and car hire all with with my Dad's special requirements in mind.Lisa is a wonderful person! So kind and caring. She has been in travel for 20 years or more. She knows her stuff! Lisa really does care about providing her Client's with the best service. Could not recommend Lisa highly enough for any of your travel needs. We were in need of a stress-free holiday! After requesting on short notice (3 days) to book a Hawaii transpacific cruise, accommodation, transfers & flights, Lisa was amazing and within a few hours we were complete, and all our documents & visas confirmed. Hard part only was to pack. The whole trip was so smooth we had no issues whatsoever and we could not be more pleased with her expertise & efficiency. Holiday planning can get stressful, Lisa eliminates that, no hesitation in choosing her again.
