My husband and I have been travelling within Australia and overseas since 2006. Over the years we engaged travel agents from a few agencies, until I met Anita Kumar. Due to her dedication, extensive research and commitment to answer our inquiries and meet our needs, we have engaged only with her.I have no words to explain how Anita ticks all the boxes in what travelers need in a travel agent, she is diligent, honest, dedicated, cordial and and accessible. I have not hesitation to recommend her to all prospective travelers I know.
We have no hesitation in stating that Anita is a super travel consultant who operates beyond her normal duties to look after her customers.On two occasions we tried to travel on the Indian Pacific. On the first occasion we were in Sydney ready to start our trip when all was cancelled. Anita rescued us by arranging flights back to Queensland before the border was closed on short notice. Anita communicated with us continually through bookings and cancellations and arranged refunds.

We have been Anita’s clients for a very long time and can attest to her professionalism and wonderful way to how she deals with clients, always going out of her way to find the best outcome for our holiday’s requirements. Anita is extremely knowledgeable in her field. We’ve had the most amazing holidays thanks to her. She thinks of everything and we always feel grateful of her when enjoying our holidays. My holiday was booked to Bali by Anita and from the time I arrived at the airport and back home, everything was perfect and the additional tips and tricks provided helped me save money and explore what Bali had to offer ! Thank you and can't wait to book my next trip with you

My husband & I have known Anita for many years now both when she worked in Penrith and when she moved to Caloundra. Anita has always helped us with our travel plans and been extremely reliable and helpful. We also refer our friends to her as we know they will be happy with the service they receive. Hopefully we will have many more years of travel with Anita’s guidance.
