This was our first time using a Travel Agent. Being a special occasion we chose to go somewhere different and in Australia. We wanted First Class Train and a tour with full inclusion. Outback Aussie Tours was 1st class. First up was booking our insurance with Cover More - confirmed by email straight away. With Kel confirming our tour, 1st class Rail return, we were getting excited. Train left from Brisbane destination- Longreach. Unfortunately a derailment left us catching a Bus from Emerald to Longreach (this was out of our control). We were met by our tour guides Pat & Liz then taken to our Motel for the next 3 days in Longreach, 2 days in Winton. Everyday was packed full, up to 2-3 different tours per day. Bedtime was always well received. Unexpected explosion on our major highway- destroying road and rail. No way home. Quick call to Kel and it was sorted. Return now by plane. I would highly recommend Kel, give her your destination and she will give you your options. Thank you Kel
We booked our first visit to Bali through Kellie with the brief that we don’t like shopping or excessive drinking but love new experiences, meeting the locals and adventure. Boy did Kellie deliver! Snorkling, parasailing, tubing, waterslides, scuba diving, hiking a volcano, white water rafting, exploring abandoned theme parks and ATVing and hooked us up with the best driver that entertained us with karaoke through the crazy Bali traffic. And we had time to fit in creative outlets like fruit carving and chill time for massage or 2 and feeding monkeys. Kellie really understood our family and delivered an amazing holiday full of wonderful memories. Cant wait to begin planning our next one with Kellie. Suksma (thank you In Balinese).
