Growing up I had so much fun exploring my own backyard of New Zealand. Then the world became my playground as I lived in different locations including England and Hong Kong. When living in England for many years, almost 6 months of each year were spent traveling the United Kingdom and Europe. Every holiday was a different form of travel – leasing cars in Europe; train travel; backpacking, comfort stays and even 5-star on the beach of a beautiful Greek Island. The travel bug grew as we relocated across the globe, living for a time in Hong Kong and then in 2001 making Australia our home. Holidays and explorations have extensively broadened my knowledge of Asia and the South Pacific, the Outback as well as the island jewels just outside our front door. Everyone is unique and so is their idea of the ultimate holiday and making their holiday a personal experience is now my passion.
In my role as Personal Travel Manager and through my own extensive travelling, I have acquired many friends and contacts, which have developed into strong and trusted business relationships. I now have networks of accredited specialists across Europe, South America, Africa, Asia and of course, my home country of New Zealand. Local knowledge can’t be Googled. These specialists spend time in their regions, extensively upgrading local knowledge and sourcing new providers. Your holiday is your personal adventure and the planning should be just as exciting as your time away. Creating a classic destination itinerary is easy, but all the fun is in journeying with you, getting to know the places you want to see and activities you want to experience. It is all about discussing the significant extras, making suggestions gleaned from local knowledge and experience as well as dealing with any concerns so that together we tailor-make a holiday that is all about you. I promise that, as my client, you will always receive genuine service and honest advice. My aim is to make your holiday experience, so full of fun and devoid of hassles that you will catch the travel bug and be back for more.
Since 2004 I have dedicated my time to the travel industry, helping a diverse range of people enjoy their dream holiday. My return clients are more than customers. I know their children’s names, their food preferences, as well as their favourite holiday moments. With 90% of my business being referrals, it is satisfying to know that my clients are enjoying extremely rewarding experiences.
