I have travelled to all 7 continents and have visited well over 100 countries. My favourite travel experiences tend to involve wildlife and my number 1 bucket list for wildlife expeditions is the Gorillas in Rwanda which I visited in 2022. Some of my favourite experiences include -
*Snorkeling with sealions and turtles in the Galapagos Islands
*Getting up close and personal with thousands of penguins in Antarctica
*Going on numerous safaris throughout Africa
*Snorkelling with manta rays on the big island of Hawaii
My favourite of the 7 continents is definitely South America. The diversity of the landscape, experiences, culture, food and people is extraordinary and from country to country it differs with each one offering something unique. Having travelled there on 5 occasions, I can be considered a South American specialist - I love to travel there and I love to co-ordinate travel itineraries there for my clients.
My other passion is Africa - having visited Kenya, Zimbabwe, Botswana, South Africa and Namibia on several occasions, and also Rwanda in 2022, I have covered many of the major tourist destinations and can offer a wide range of travel options based on experience and knowledge.
These 2 continents are highly specialised areas of travel. They require great insight and knowledge in order to get the best value for money and use the right suppliers in each location.
What I also specialise in are expedition cruises - think of out of the way destinations where wildlife is paramount and destinations are difficult to get to on a large cruise ship - expedition ships are small and get into the most amazing locations with little to no impact on the environment.....something I'm also very passionate about = eg. Antarctica/the Arctic/Galapagos/Patagonia/Alaska to name a few.
