It's good to have a confident travel agent to look after your holiday details so you can enjoy all your time at sea. We were lucky to have calm seas for first 3 days. Weather turned for last 2. Cruising has changed since covid and sometimes the personal touch isn't there. It will be interesting to see how other cruise lines have adapted. I look forward to more cruises under Deborah's guidance. We were on Pacific Adventure for a 4 night cruise.
Deborah was amazing, she organised everything for my honeymoon. The process was stress free, and Deborah always replied and assisted us in a timely manner. I would use Deborah for all future trips, I highly recommend.

We’re so happy of our first cruise, and surely thankful to Deborah for the patience and guidance in picking the right cruise for us, and for being so forthcoming to our needs and quick to act on our requests. A real tailor-made holiday! Being more of an independent-holiday kind of people, it was surely a welcome experience to have all the organizing being done for you by the very hard-working Deborah! You got us hooked Deb! Can’t wait for the next one. The kids had a blast of a time and we really enjoyed the Adriatic coast, the scenery, the food, the entertainment and the fun on-board. Honestly, it’s the holiday we felt regenerated the most since we started travelling with our kids! And that is priceless! Thanks again and excellent work! The Farrugias from Malta :)

Deb is nothing short of amazing! She goes above and beyond for you and is so meticulous about attention to detail that she doesn't miss a beat. When we had some issues while abroad, we were able to contact her and she resolved our issues each time. Definitely recommend Deb to anyone that wants a safe, friendly, funny and secure experience for their travels.

Deb is simply awesome! She goes above and beyond for you.We started organising when the pandemic was still going on & rules were changing frequently. The sheer amount of regulatory changes happening with the countries, airlines and hotels was crazy. Deb was on top of all the these requirements & kept us updated frequently. As someone who usually books their own trips, Deb's service in this area was invaluable!In addition, she was great with any requests we had during the planning, in the last-second & even while we were in mid-trip! She was always quick to respond even while we were in middle of the trip. I never felt that we were forced into anything & she also looked into options that we were curious about to ensure we got the best solution to our needs.She is honest, knowledgeable, transparent with excellent communication & she's also super pleasant to deal with. I can't thank her enough for what she did in organising this trip & will be hitting her up for sure on the next one.

Deb is the only agent i'Il choose and goto when booking any travel big ir small, domestic or international. And we have done so for many years following her thru her career. She is always upto date on the latest offerings, promotions, rules and regulations and always sets you in the right direction. Sound advice and gives you options tailored to your requirements. At the end of the day her service and honesty is what brings so many clients to her .

I was referred to Deborah Bartolo of MTA Travel Agent through a family member. Since day one, Deborah has always looked after me as her client, this includes finalizing our flights, chasing up details from suppliers (tour guides and accommodation), answering all my emails and phone calls promptly, making me feel at ease prior to our Overseas Family travel to Malta, Italy and Dubai. A good example of her great service was when we were abroad in Dubai, we accidentally missed our allocated time slot to go to The Top of the Burj Khalifa, Deborah was there to assist in the communication with the suppliers to re-scheduling a new time slot for my family and me. This last two and a half years have been bad. We have had six cruises cancelled due to the Virus. Thanks to our Travel Agent Deborah we are now looking forward to our 69th cruise. Its good to see a date we would like etc and then leave our booking in her capable hands. Being Seniors - its good to have somebody who is well informed and up to date on bookings etc to take all the worry away for us. Thanks Deborah.
