You can't really know how great your travel advisor is until you have navigated 'pandemic' travel! Angela Spicer connected me with Australian domestic pandemic travel that was every bit as challenging as anything my decades of international travel has thrown at me. 100% of our preparations were undertaken remotely yet Angela understood how I wished to travel as if she had known me for years. We planned, then restrictions changed circumstances, then we re planned, navigated lockdowns, Covid - 19 border permit changes, constant tour company and flight changes. Because of Angela's outstanding organisation, knowledge and ability to deal with emergencies - I did not lose a wonderful travel experience having to work alone on motel internet to resolve adjustments. Angela creatively sought alternatives to support my adventures. She maintains an open and honest connection and goes beyond the call of duty.

Angela booked our Honeymoon in April 2021 to Melbourne & our accommodation in Bendigo on our wedding night. She was efficient and so easy to communicate with. Our hotel forgot to supply our free champagne and Angela fixed this straight away for us! We will definitely use Ange in the future.

Thinking of a holiday, while being a mother, business owner and navigating a pandemic, arranging what seemed to be a simple task, became harder and harder for me.Then I commenced researching travel agents and found Angela which was like finding an angel in this crazy world. Angela was wonderful, from the moment of contact, right until we arrived safely back home, she had our best interests at heart, with every step of the way. I have only recently worked with Angela as my travel agent for my work - and obviously in these COVID times, travel has been restricted. But - its been a very good test, for when i am able to travel, its much harder to get an itinerary together that works, because of the lack of flights etc. Angela has been fantastic and I have been really happy with the Itineraries she has put together for me. Angela has booked (and cancelled!) several flights for me during the past couple of years, during some very trying times.
