I wasn't sure what I wanted when I started looking for someone to help me with my trip but Natalie is so genuine and helpful, once I found her I wouldn't consider going elsewhere. She could not have been more helpful. Knowledgeable, thinks outside the box and is delightful to deal with. She goes above and beyond and dealing with Nat is all part of the fun of booking holidays. I wouldn't dream of using online services again - a real person who cares about me and the experience I am having is where it is at.Thank you Natalie - I appreciate you and everything you do for me and my family
