Ed has been my travel agent for 5+ years now and has allowed me to travel hassle free to 27 countries to date. Most recently was a UAE/UK/EU trip that was professionally organised. Ed has the best travel knowledge, and communication of anyone I have met and this matched with his friendly personality makes it feel like you are not just planning a trip with your own personal travel agent, but a great friend. I have and will continue to recommend Ed to anyone who is looking to travel nationally and internationally because he is by far the most capable person for the job. I can't wait to discuss my next adventure.10/10.

For my husband and I this was our first experience organising an overseas trip with Ed and we were happy with our experience.Ed was professional, knowledgable, frank and honest. Ed, setup a great holiday in QLD, everything went seamlessly.All the accommodation was excellent and met our needs, with the Glass House mountains a highlight.With his local knowledge, Ed provided us with an idea of what to do and where to go in order to enhance our trip.

Ed has been a fantastic travel organizer that we have used several times. Recent trip to Europe for family reunions and adventures, all great, although train services in Europe are chaotic. Cancelled, broken down or overbooked. Sad thing is the locals accept the situation. Stress levels going through the roof, phone call from Ed (get to the airport) and he had air tickets waiting for us. Guardian angel, thank you, home safe and sound (exhausted) will happily use Ed again.

We just walked 809km in 33 days across Spain and had the adventure of a life time! And it was all organised and taken care of by one amazing and competent man, Ed!!Ed knows his stuff, he’s passionate and motivated. There’s nothing he can’t work out or organise for you. He has an answer or a d suggestion quick. This is the first time we have dealt with Ed Bradford as a Travel Manager. Ed has a wonderful sense of humor, understood our travel needs and was meticulate when planning every detail of the trip. I loved the ‘Travel Managers App’ that Ed had prepared. On this ‘App’ he left reminders and updates of timetables, especially when flights were running late or changed their schedule.Ed’s professionalism, excellent product knowledge, service, attention to detail and support was not only exceptional but also invaluable and resulted in a very enjoyable stress- free and seamless holiday from - organising at least 11 flights throughout these countries, private transfers, accommodation, tours and an African Safari. It was reassuring knowing Ed was on standby and only a ‘what’s app’ text away should any issues arise.. I highly recommend Ed for all travel needs if contemplating a holiday, we look forward to again using your services in the near future.

We had planned this holiday of a lifetime for years. Once the decision was made, I noticed an add from Ed. on radio noting he was an independent business from nearby Buninyong.We planned our must haves and left the rest to Ed who efficiently provided an itinarary we were after.All aspects of the trip we perfectly coordinated and ran with ease. All connections went without error.Ed’s suggestion as to how the itenary would work best were spot on.We would have no hesitation in recommending Ed. for anyone’s travel needs.His care,attention and availability were first class.

Ed was absolutely brilliant..we were rookies when it came to overseas travel and not only did Ed point us in the right direction he set up the key areas for us. Flights, rental car and accommodation in the major cities, from there we could build our itinerary. He then also provided some great ideas for places to visit.We could not recommend him highly enough.

Ed has looked after our overseas trips for the last few years and I could not recommend him highly enough. He has organised our flights, accomodation, and information on all the places we wanted to go to extremely well and everything went to plan. He was also in constant contact with us making sure all was going well. I will certainly be asking Ed to organise my future trips.

Ed did an excellent job on getting my flight credits. It was a massive frustrating job dealing with Garuda. He communicated with me the progress he was making all the time. I was able to enjoy my holiday in Bali .
