Lana is constantly available to talk anything travel and she is always there for all your travel needs!! She was able to help me with all my questions and put up with my annoying changes to plans at the last minute. She gave me very professional and efficient advice and was able to make my travel experience quite easy and comfortable!!
A responsive, professional, and personal advocate.Lana was brilliant in organizing our recent holiday, giving us multiple options for travel and transfers. She took all the organizational mental load and planned all the details, meaning that all we needed to do was show up to the right places at the right times. It made for a very restful holiday.Most significantly, due to severe weather warnings, our trip had to be cut short. Lana, was exceedingly responsive (even after hours); she reorganized return flights and advocated for us so that we weren't out of pocket in any way. What may have been a stressful change of plans was managed swiftly by Lana, giving us peace of mind and allowing us to relax as much as we could despite the change of plans.Absolutely brilliant service. I have had the pleasure of working with Lana Kanchik twice in recent months. Both times she has found the perfect cruise at the perfect price and most importantly the perfect time to suit my schedule.I know it’s not easy to please clients who have very strict windows of opportunity but Lana has found the perfect holidays for me on both occasions. She gave me good advice as to why one provider would be better than the other for my needs.Lana made sure I knew exactly where I had to go, and I had all the requisite tests and paperwork done well before any deadlines.She was there every time I had a question or a problem. It was like she was on holiday with me (but kept a very low profile unless I needed her)!I cannot recommend her dedication to her clients more highly. Her service scores an eleven out of ten on all aspects. I can’t wait to book my next holiday with her. I know I will be well looked after, and we will have fun getting me to that journey!

Lana assisted me with my first ever trip to Dubai a while ago. She's very professional, helpful and very knowledgeable. All the tours she suggested and booked for me were highly enjoyable. I'm really happy with Lana's service and can't wait to book with her again, once I'm in a position to travel
