We cannot thank Alex enough for her efforts to find us a beautiful Penthouse for us to spend a weekend looking at Newcastle beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular,we saw whales and dolphins swimming past, while having a drink and nibblies in comfort.Good accommodation was hard to find on our dates but Alex knew what we liked and we couldn't have been happier with our stay. 5 minutes walk to Customs House, Scratchleys and all of the little boutique bars and cafes in the area meant we could park in our secure carpark [for free] and just walk everywhere. The instructions for checkin/out are easy to follow and unit is equipped with everything you need,even a washer/drier!Thanks Alex for helping us enjoy a short break in Newcastle,we loved it ❤️ Definately be talking to Alex again soon,a pleasure to deal with.
I enjoyed a quick visit in May to the Gold Coast and Brisbane! Alex made sure we had excellent transport ( by train and light rail) to the Gold Coast. Accommodation was great, lovely views and a nice walk to the beach. Easy access to shops and restaurants. Alex also informed us of the Shuttle buses to the Melbourne Storm game that we attended. Accomodation in Brisbane was equally as Amazing- awesome location on the river with incredible views! Walking distance to the CBD and all it had to offer! Alex went above and beyond to ensure a lovely trip with all contingencies covered.
