I've been a client of Michael's for over 20 years. He is always my first port of call when I'm ready to plan my next holiday/adventure. He has a wealth of knowledge, and has amazing ideas. And his attention to detail is incredible. But its his Customer Service that truly makes him stand out from other travel professionals. This was never more evident than when he went over and above, to ensure my family and my parents made it home safely from Thailand at the beginning of the COVID crisis. Michael worked until 3am in the morning to ensure we had flights out of Koh Samui. And it was his birthday!Forever grateful and cannot recommend him more highly - for all your travel needs!!
Thanks so much Michael for assisting with our amazing Bali family holiday. We stayed at 3 different resorts and all were fantastic. Michael is so knowledgeable and such a professional travel agent but also very funny and easy to communicate with. He's based in Adelaide, South Australia as a mobile travel agent but it wouldn't matter where you live as he can do everything over email, phone etc or like he did for us we meet at a location convenient for us. It's obvious that Michael has so much experience and we'll definately be using his services next time we plan a holiday. Thanks Michael!! I'll be recommending you to my family and friends. We took our extended family of 15 (four families within the group) to Singapore to celebrate a special wedding anniversiary. Michael organised everything and we could not have been happier. Accommodation was very appropriate and very well located. Despite a complication with one of our party Michael worked tirelessly to achieve a very sarisfactory outcome. He kept in touch with us throughout the trip.We are very much looking forward to our next trip which is also being organised by Michael. We unreservedly recommend his services.

Michael's experience and insight in the travel industry is why I keep coming back to him for advice and bookings. He has been available when I needed assistance and even navigated the pandemic closures. Michael organised a family trip to Singapore, for 15 of us. The accommodation was perfect, transfers and flights went smoothly. He was contactable the whole time we were away and the app allowed easy storing of documents. I would recommend Michael Pound to anyone unequivocally.
